2. Nature of Service

Swinglet is a community platform for adults exploring consensual relationships including swinging, ENM, and polyamory. It is not an escort, dating, or adult-content service.

3. User Conduct

• Act with consent, honesty, and respect.
• Do not upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, or otherwise illegal under Indian law.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” We do not perform background checks and are not responsible for user conduct or offline interactions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to user safety or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
