1. Eligibility

Swinglet is strictly for users 18 years or older.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware a user is under 18, we will suspend and remove the account.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Date of birth (for age confirmation)
• Gender and relationship status

B. Profile & Community Information

• Orientation and relationship preferences
• Interests and kinks
• Profile photos and uploaded images
• Posts and private messages

Some profile information may be considered sensitive personal data and is processed only with your consent.

C. Location Information

We collect general location to enable nearby discovery features. We do not collect background location when the App is not actively in use.

D. Technical Information

• Device type
• IP address
• Usage logs
• Crash reports

We use Firebase services for authentication, analytics, cloud storage, and push notifications.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate and improve the App
• Enable messaging and discovery
• Process subscriptions via Apple & Google
• Moderate and maintain safety
• Provide support

By creating an account and using the App, you provide explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal and sensitive personal data for the purposes described in this Policy.

4. User Content & Active Moderation

Swinglet allows user-generated content including images and messaging.

We do not permit illegal content, exploitative material, content involving minors, or transactional sexual services.

5. Child Safety

Swinglet has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Users must be 18 years or older to use the App.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspected CSAE or CSAM content will be removed immediately.
• Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently banned.
• Where appropriate, we may report such activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features may be purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All payments are processed directly by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your card or payment information.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers such as Firebase and cloud hosting partners to operate and secure the App. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain safety and moderation records, and comply with legal obligations.

Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings.

If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by contacting support@swinglet.app.

• Your profile becomes inaccessible to other users.
• Personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
• Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, safety enforcement, or legal compliance.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting: support@swinglet.app

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption, secure authentication, reporting tools, and admin moderation to safeguard user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Processing

We use cloud service providers including Firebase, which may process data outside India. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
