Kernel Platforms (“Swinglet”, “we”, “our”) values your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with the Swinglet mobile application (“App”) and website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Data We Collect
- Basic Data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender.
- Sensitive Data (optional): orientation, relationship preferences, fantasies, images, posts and other profile details you choose to share.
- Usage Data: device information, IP address, interaction logs, and analytics data related to how you use the App.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to:
- create and manage your account;
- enable posts, profiles, discovery features and messaging;
- maintain trust and safety, including detecting abuse or violations of our Terms;
- communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support;
- comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
By creating an account or using the App, you give explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal and sensitive personal data for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, fraud prevention or dispute resolution).
4. Data Sharing & Transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (Data Processors) such as hosting, analytics, security and email delivery partners, who are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request erasure of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten), subject to legal retention requirements;
- withdraw consent to processing by deleting your account;
- lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer.

We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption, access controls, monitoring, and screenshot protection features to safeguard personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored using the App.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
8. Children
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
