1. Age Restriction

Swinglet is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform. Any account identified as underage will be immediately removed.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Any content involving minors in a sexual context
Sexual exploitation or abuse of children
Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any behavior that endangers minors

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Content Moderation

User reporting tools
Manual review via admin moderation
Immediate removal of violating content

4. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report inappropriate or harmful content directly within the app.

5. Enforcement

Content will be removed immediately
Accounts will be permanently banned
Reports may be escalated to law enforcement authorities

6. Compliance

Swinglet complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in India and internationally.
